Gyeran Mari (Korean Rolled Omelette)

This dish is simple and delicious, perfect for breakfast, as a side dish, or as part of a lunchbox.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs
- A small amount of carrot (finely diced)
- A small amount of onion (finely diced)
- A small amount of ham (finely diced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Cooking oil (a small amount)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients (Approx. 5 minutes)
- Finely dice the carrot, onion, and ham.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the diced carrot, onion, and ham, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Cook the Egg Roll (Approx. 10-15 minutes)
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over low heat.
- Pour in a portion of the egg mixture, spreading it evenly in the pan. Cook until the egg is partially set.
- Slowly roll the egg from one end, leaving a little bit unrolled at the end.
- Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan, pour in more egg mixture, and continue rolling until all the egg mixture is used.
- Cook the rolled egg until it is golden brown and fully cooked inside.
Slice and Serve (Approx. 2-3 minutes)
- Let the cooked egg roll cool slightly, then slice it into bite-sized pieces and serve.
